Add a New Meeting

Please fill in the form below and submit it for addition of a new meeting.
After verification, the meeting will be added to the Where & When and web site.

 

Enter the new meeting information in the spaces provided below.
Please complete a separate form for each meeting or meeting type.
However, if the same meeting meets on more than one day, you can enter multiple days for that meeting.

   
Group/Meeting Name  
This is the name of the new group or meeting.
If registered with GSO, enter group number:    Format: xxxxx-xx-xx
Number assigned once the group has been registered with GSO. If you have not registered this group, you will not have a number. Example: 12345-67-89
Meeting Place Name  
Name of the church or other location where the meeting is held.
Example: Northwood Presbyterian Church
Street Address  
Full street address of the meeting place. Example: 1234 Central Avenue
City, State, Zip  
City, state and zip code of the meeting place. Include the zip code as many GPS systems require it. Use the 2-character designation for Florida: FL. Example: St. Petersburg, FL 33333
Meeting Area  
Click the down arrow to select the meeting area for this new meeting.
Meeting Day(s) Sunday       Monday    Tuesday 
Wednesday Thursday  Friday

Check all days that this meeting meets.
Meeting Time    AM      PM
Enter the time the meeting starts in the format xx:xx. Do not use 24-hour time. Select either AM or PM. Example: 8:00 for AM, 8:00 for PM

Check all boxes that apply. Be sure to select whether the meeting is Open or Closed.

Short comments can be used to better describe anything about the meeting. For example, "Park around back", "Entrance on west side", "Child care available".
If there is a phone number for the meeting place, enter it here. However, do not enter personal phone numbers.
